Dulce is a fierce queer Chicana femme loving/living life in Oakland. As a sexual health educator she advocates for self-empowerment through education that is fun and accessible. Her film "With Conviction" won the Audience Choice Award at the QWOC Film Festival & recently screened in Paris, France.
