*Full-spectrum Doula support: compassionate support addressing reproductive and sexual health issues. *Healing with plant allies/medicines: combining what you know or want to know, with what I have learned about healing plants, we can talk about ways to connect with specific plants, and herbal medicines will be available. *Integral wellness coaching: The session can involve looking at where an issue you want to address stands in the whole picture of what you define as wellness for yourself. We can collaborate in charting out future focused goals and dreams while grounding in the present moment through breath, guided imagery, and tapping into intuition.
