Detroit School of Arts, part of the Detroit Public School system, was a major institution for black arts in Detroit. The school community was left out of the decision-making process. The DSA community authored a documentary that chronicles the devastating results of the takeover. Learn about our collective filmmaking process and engage in discussion.
